Alongside the hire of the pizza oven we can provide x 6 Sourdough dough balls or ready rolled bases, grated mozzarella, tomato pizza sauce and a choice of 2 toppings from pepperoni, ham, mushroom, buffalo mozzarella, pineapple, pepper, salami, chorizo, sweetcorn, olives or onion.

A loaf of freshly baked bread, either seeded wholemeal or white sourdough, 2 pints of fresh whole or semi skimmed milk and a pack of butter.

Toast marshmallows and make S'mores. Seasoned firewood, kindling, matches, fire-lighters, toasting forks, marshmallows and chocolate digestives.

5 litres of local beer either in a mini keg from Wensleydale Brewery, when booking please advise the type of beer you would like from Wensleydale Gold, Semer Water, Gamekeeper or Black Dub. More info about these beers at the bottom of the page.

6 x 500ml bottles of local beer from the Yorkshire Dales Brewery, when booking please advise the type of beer you would like from Askrigg Ale, Muker Silver, Bainbridge Blonde, Butter Tubs or Hawes Golden IPA. More info about these beers at the bottom of the page.

A bottle of this exceptional local gin and 8 fever tree tonics to complement it, with some lime for garnish.

The botanicals total 13 including juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, almonds, black pepper, orange zest, grapefruit, lime, chamomile, five spice, Yorkshire hops.  

Taplin & Mageean Gin was launched in 2019 by Chris Taplin, former Co-Owner of the Stone House Hotel just down the road at Sedbusk, and Barry Mageean, formerly a distiller at Masons Yorkshire Gin. The distillery is located in a 200-year old railway building on the platform of Leyburn Station, which is on the Wensleydale Railway heritage line. The buildings were formerly used for storing cargo deliveries to the Dales and for train maintenance and repairs. The distillery is home to a small testing still, a 100L copper pot still and a 300L copper pot still which carry out the 12 hour distillation process of the gin following the maceration of the botanicals.

Taylors roast ground coffee (200g) to use with the caffietierre in the hut and 2 pints of fresh semi skimmed or whole milk, sugar/sweetner available on request.
